Phalaenopsis Guadalupe Pineda is a hybrid of P. bellina and P. amboinensis. This orchid type is widespread in Southeast Asia. Both of its parents, P. amboinensis and P. bellina, are endemic species of Indonesia. P. amboinensis is endemic to Ambon Island, while P. bellina is endemic to Kalimantan Island (Borneo). The natural habitat of Phalaenopsis species typically includes highland forests, but Phalaenopsis Guadalupe Pineda orchid is an exception as it prefers lowland areas. It features prominent labellum structure with attractive strip patterns on its sepals and petals. This type of orchid blooms throughout the year and emits a distinctive fragrance in the morning.
